  • 01. Do you do both video and photography at the same wedding?

    YES! In fact, it is ideal that we cover both photography & video as our team is trained to do both without getting in each other's way. Be sure to ask about the discount we offer if you hire us for both!
  • 02. How many photographers will be at my wedding?

    A minimum of 2 photographers and 1 assistant will be at the wedding for the entire day. No cutting corners here.
  • 03. How many videographers will be at my wedding?

    A minimum of 2 videographers and 1 assistant will be at the wedding the entire day. We won't miss a single moment.
  • 04. What is your payment plan?

    We merely ask for a non-refundable 20% down payment to reserve a date. 2 weeks before the big day, the remaining balance will be due. Ask about our discount for paying up front.
  • 05. Do you offer a military discount?

    Yes! Any military service ever gets a 10% discount. You don't have to be active duty either.
  • 06. How do you capture voice over audio?

    We use industry leading lavalier microphones that we place on the officiant and the groom. Don't worry, they are strong enough to pick up the bride speaking, too. We also plug into the audio of each location's sound board and use various backup mic's. We'll have you covered!
  • 07. How many hours will you be shooting at the wedding?

    We do not put any time limit on your big day. We start early covering the preparation of both the bride and the groom, and we stay until the very end. We're here to give you the best experience possible, and we pride ourselves on being easy to work with.
  • 08. Where do you cover weddings?

    Our typical area of coverage is anywhere in Texas, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, and Alabama. However, if you are outside of those states, we can easily accommodate. Ask about our travel quote.
  • 09. Do you have insurance?

    Absolutely! We have insurance both for our gear as well as liability insurance that we can provide for any event venue.
  • 10. What if it rains on the day of the wedding?

    Rain makes for a great photo opportunity! We carry complete rain gear in case it happens so it won't affect anything on your big day.
  • 11. Will your studio be there to help us with any questions or concerns?

    We will be there every step of the way from answering any questions you may have quickly via email, meeting in person, working with your wedding coordinator, event coordinator, event location. We're easy to work with, and we want to make the process be as easy as possible. We're here to help.
